Through the generous sponsorship of Hyde Park Pediatrics, tickets to Lux Aeterna are free and open to the public. 

Lux Aeterna, meaning “eternal light,” celebrates the radiance we create when we come together in community. Sponsored by Hyde Park Pediatrics, this festive performance highlights music’s transformative power to illuminate our lives through love, hope, and connection. Along with familiar favorites, the program features an original composition, A Christmas Trilogy, by local musician and pediatrician, Dr. Gregg Kottyan. Families are encouraged to join YPCC prior to the performance for an hour of holiday fun including hot cocoa, cookies, crafts, and — of course — pictures with Santa. 

We’re honored to partner with Beech Acres Parenting Center, who shares our belief that every child deserves to have their natural strengths nurtured so they can reach their full potential. As we come together to shine light in our community, Beech Acres does the same for families in offering support, resources, and hope. Guests can  contribute to Beech Acres’ Inspire-a-Family Toy Collection by bringing an unwrapped gift to the concert. 

The concert will also feature the distinctive handbell artistry of artistic partner Cincinnati Collaborative Ringing Project, adding to this celebration of community and the season of light.
